• After the order is completed  , the system will send a QRcode to the email address you entered within 10 minutes. .
• Purchased data is also available from the scheduled departure date Activate within 30 days .
• You can use it by activating data roaming when you arrive at the local area. No settings or real names are required. If the mobile data and roaming data on the customer's mobile phone are turned on but are unsuccessful, please set the access point name (APN) to 3gnet and save it.
• The validity time of the 24-hour/48-hour data package is calculated from the time the data service is activated and can be used continuously for 24 hours/48 hours.
• Except for 24-hour/48-hour data packages, data calculation is based on Taiwan time (GMT+8) 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 as one day. Any less than one day will be counted as one day.
• Only suitable for mobile phones that support eSIM, but cannot be used on WiFi eggs.
• To maintain user quality  , hotspot sharing is not recommended .
• To use 4G services, you must use a mobile phone or device that supports the 4G frequency band standard. Network service conditions are subject to the designated network provider's network coverage, system compatibility or other network-related factors.
• Actual data transfer speeds will vary depending on prevailing network conditions, hardware, software or other factors.
• Network providers are automatically allocated by the system based on resource availability.
• An eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once by one device. Please do not replace or delete it at will after downloading and binding. If the eSIM cannot be used, replacement and refund will not be possible.
